Creating a new file includes management of travel itinerary, financial  transactions, choice of currency, follow up mails and much more.

Travel Ibex has an integrated customer relationship function that allows you to manage your contacts.  The app allows you to make calls, send emails, log the history of conversations, add reminders and assign tasks. You can also record notes and customer feedback.

The file module includes an efficient tool to create a detailed travel itinerary resulting in a PDF document containing all pertinent aspect of a vacation package including company identify, contact details and for emailing itineraries as attachments to your clients prior to departure.

Powered by a versatile API, Travel Ibex integrates with external systems such as booking engines, eCommerce solutions and shopping carts, exchange rates providers and other networks. The API makes the software attractive to the entire travel industry.
